Description

In this black-and-white photo taken in April 24, 1950, Bob Sullivan lets loose with a shot as he bowls and hopes for another strike. Sullivan, an all-star bowler in the 1940s, autographed the photo “To Babe from Bob.” Bowling was a popular sport in Tacoma in the 1940s.
