Frisco Burnett (fourth from the right) stands with his bowling team at a tournament. Burnett was called by hall of famer Jim Stevenson “one of the best (bowlers) Tacoma has ever known.” For his 20-year career that began in the early 1940s, Burnett had a 204 bowling average for his career and was an eight-time Greater Tacoma Bowling Association All-Star. In the black-and-white photo from right to left are Joe Zimmerman, unknown, Joyle Lindblad, Burnett, Ed LaFrank, and Gene Neffendorf.
