Description

In 1945 and in just his third year of bowling, Frisco Burnett tied for first place in qualifying competitions for the Tacoma Times Bowling Classic at the North End alleys. He beat defending champion Ted Tadich in seven of their 12 games to capture the title. In the first three months of the 1950 season, Burnett rolled six series over 700, setting an unprecedented performance in Tacoma bowling.
