Frisco Burnett, pictured here sanding some bowling lanes, was an avid bowler who started a successful bowling career after he watched his wife, Bernice, bowl at the K Street Recreation alleys in 1941. By 1943, he was a regular in the Class B Major Leagues in Tacoma. He bowled six perfect 300 games and averaged 204 over his long and successful career that lasted about 20 years.
