Description

Frisco Burnett, pictured here sanding some bowling lanes, was an avid bowler who started a successful bowling career after he watched his wife, Bernice, bowl at the K Street Recreation alleys in 1941. By 1943, he was a regular in the Class B Major Leagues in Tacoma. He bowled six perfect 300 games and averaged 204 over his long and successful career that lasted about 20 years. He was inducted into three halls of fame. In this black-and-white photo, Over a career that went from 1942 to 1962, averaged 204 a game and bowled six perfect 300 games.
