Frisco Burnett (left) is presented a check for placing well at another bowling tournament. Burnett, born in 1918, was a four-time selection to the All-West Coast team and was inducted into the Greater Tacoma Association's Bowling Hall of Fame in 1966, the American Bowling Congress' Hall of Fame in 1969 and Tacoma Sports Hall of Fame in 2008. By 1959, he qualified for eight National All-Star Tournaments.Lexicon
