Description

The 1980 Tacoma Tigers pose for a team photo. After brief stints with the New York Yankees and the Cleveland Indians, Tacoma, a Triple-A minor league team, changed its affiliation to the Oakland A's and that affiliation lasted 14 years. The Tacoma team was the Tacoma Tigers from 1980 to 1994. During that time, the Tacoma Tigers reached the playoffs five times. The players in this 1980 color photo are: L-R.
