Description

Hockey legend Guyle Fielder, shown in a photo from his playing days for the Seattle Totems, played his junior career mostly for the Totems in the 1950s-60s. He went on to an illustrious, although rather short-lived NHL career finishing fourth in scoring for his career behind only Wayne Gretzky, Jaromir Jagr and Gordie Howe. Fielder played 22 seasons in the Western Hockey League and became its biggest star at the time. Fielder won rookie of the year in 1952, was a six-time league MVP, league scoring leader nine times, three-time honoree as the game’s most gentlemanly player and had four season of more than 100 points.
