Description

Richie Nelson (on the right) races down the slopes on his skis at Mount Rainier next to another skier. Nelson, a 1948 graduate from Lincoln High School, was a longtime skier instructor at Paradise. Besides being an avid skier and ski instructor, Nelson also played on Lincoln High School's hockey team when he attended school there in the late 1940s.
