Description

This hockey puck is believed to be autographed by Tacoma Rockets defenseman Tuomas Gronman, who wore No.4 for the Rockets during the 1991-92 Western Hockey League season. The Rauma, Finland, native played 61 games for the Rockets, recording five goals, 18 assists, 23 points and 102 penalties in minutes (PIM). Gronman was the No. 29 overall pick by the Quebec Nordiques in the 1992 NHL entry draft. Gronman played 16 games for the Chicago Blackhawks during the 1996-97 season and 22 for the Pittsburgh Penguins in the 1997-98 season before finishing his career with four seasons in the Finland professional league.
