Here is a photo of a baseball bat with “Dreadnought” on the barrel and it was used in 1910. A popular semi-pro baseball team back in 1910 was the Tacoma Amocats, which was Tacoma spelled backwards. They were formed in 1901 and were one of the Northwest's top semi-pro baseball teams. The 1910 Tacoma Tigers finished their season with a 73-84 record, placing them third in the league. Cliff Blankenship was the team's manager of the Tigers that year.
