Description

A white, red and blue Tacoma Tides pennant has black signatures from team members. The Tides played in the American Soccer League for the 1976 season. The Tides played their home games at Cheney Stadium, and their most famous player was backup goalkeeper Bruce Arena, who went on to coach the United States men’s national team. Arena coached the USMNT from 1998–2006 and 2016–2017, compiling an 81-32-35 record.
