Description

This is a Minnesota Vikings No. 28 road jersey worn by wide receiver Ahmad Rashad. The former Bobby Moore, who changed his name to Ahmad Rashad in 1973, graduated from Mount Tahoma High School and played at the University of Oregon. Moore was the No. 4 overall pick by the St. Louis Cardinals in 1972. He played in the NFL for the Cardinals (1972-73), Buffalo Bills (1974) and the Vikings (1976-82). Rashad was a four-time Pro Bowl selection and was named second-team All-Pro in 1979. Rashad has the longest play from scrimmage that didn't score a touchdown, a 98-yard reception in a 1972 game against the Los Angeles Rams. After his playing career, Rashad had a successful career as a television personality.
