Description

A yellow bowling shirt with Northwest Bowlers Association embroidered on the front was worn by Denny Krick. Krick, a graduate of Bellarmine Prep, played basketball, track and field and tennis before turning his attention to bowling. Krick was a two-time winner of the Washington State Bowling Tournament scratch all-events championship and was the Tacoma Bowling Association’s all-events champion. He also won a Northwest Bowlers Association title and a three-time winner of the Tacoma Masters championship. At the American Bowling Congress national tournament, Krick finished third in doubles and was a member of the seventh-place team. Krick was a six-time Greater TBA All-Star and was induced into the HOF in 1982. Krick entered the Professional Bowlers Association and earned rookie of the year in 1970.
