Description

These white track spikes with blue stripes were worn by Jakki Davis, a track and field star at Lincoln High School. Davis won the state championship in the girls long jump in 1979 with a mark of 19 feet, 3 inches, the best winning mark in the largest school classification for 15 years. Davis went on to compete at the University of Washington, where her best outdoor mark in the long jump was 19 feet, 11 ¼ inches in 1984. Her best mark in the indoor long jump was 19-7 ¾ in 1984.
