Snow-covered cars pack the parking lot at Narada Falls at Mount Rainier National Park in the 1930s. Narada Falls are a short hike from Paradise, where many skiers visited during that era. In 1935, the best skiers in the country raced at Paradise in the U.S. National Championship, an event that determined the team for the 1936 Olympics.
