Here is a group shot of the Northwest Lawn Bowling Association taken at their first spring tournament at Wright Park in Tacoma in May 1938. Lawn bowling is a old sport, popular back when Cesar was was a ruler in Italy. The Tacoma Lawn Bowling Club celebrated its 90th anniversary in 2019. Alexander Drummond, a Scottish immigrant, started the Tacoma Lawn Bowling Club back in 1929.Lexicon
