A skier who had skied to the side of Pinnacle Peak looks at a beautiful view of Mount Rainier in this photo. Pinnacle Peak loop trail is a 3-mile hike that is moderate in trail traffic. Pinnacle Peak is in the middle of the Tatoosh Range at an elevation of 6,562 feet. It is the second highest peak on that range. Mount Rainier, at 14,500 feet, is a popular peak for climbers and about 10,000 climbers sign up to climb Mount Rainier each year. Pinnacle Peak is the signature peak of the Tatoosh Range, a small range just to the south of Mount Rainier.Made/Created
