Kuhn was the fifth Commissioner of Major League baseball, serving from Feb. 4, 1969 to Sept. 30, 1984.
Kuhn was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008, nine months after his death.
Zarelli was one of the membership group that invested $100,000 to keep Pacific Coast League baseball in Tacoma in 1971 and played a vital role in the construction of the Tacoma Dome. Zarelli received the Dill Howell Award for support of baseball in Tacoma/Pierce County in 2006.
Cutler was president of the Pacific Coast League from 1979-97 and purchased the PCL franchise in Portland in 1970, moving the team to Spokane. Cutler was inducted into the PCL Hall of Fame in 2005.
