Four members of the Tacoma Stars celebrate near the referee during a Major Indoor Soccer League match. The Stars played in the MISL from 1983-92, reaching the championship match after the 1986-87 season. The Stars averaged a team-best 10,505 fans per game during the 1987-88 season. The Stars hold the record for largest crows to attend an indoor soccer match with 21,728 watching the Sounders lose to the Dallas Sidekicks 4-3 in overtime in Gam 7 of the 1986-87 MISL Championship
