Description

All of the girls who competed in the USGA 2007 U.S. Girls Junior Golf Championship in 2007 autographed this tournament program. The U.S. Girls' Junior Golf Championship was established in 1949. The first tournament drew 28 girls from 17 states. Fifteen-year-old Marlene Bauer of Los Angeles won that first girls junior championship. The following year in 1950, there were only 18 entries in the tournament. In 2007, the U.S. Girls Junior Golf Championship was held in Lakewood, Washington, and played on the Tacoma Country & Golf Club Course. There were 870 entries that year and Kimberly Kim won the tournament.
