Alexandria Montgomery wore this WNBA San Antonio Stars jersey back in 2017. Montgomery, who was born in 1988, played basketball at Tacoma's Lincoln High School. Graduating from Lincoln in 2006, Montgomery played college ball at Georgia Tech and averaged 14.1 points and 8.6 rebounds her senior year. She became the 23rd player in Georgia Tech history to score over 1,000 career points. Montgomery was drafted in the first round by the New York Liberty in the 2011 WNBA draft. She was traded to the Stars in 2015 in exchange for a first-round draft pick. In 2017, Montgomery ranked 21st in the league in rebounds and averaged 5.7 boards a game. She grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds against Phoenix that season. She had two double-doubles that season, scoring 15 points and pulling down 10 rebounds against Seattle.
