Description

This is protective equipment worn over shorts by Tacoma professional boxer Bliss Lee Croft. Croft, a Stadium High graduate, won 12 of his 13 victories by knockout. Croft fought six times in a span of just over six months from March 14 to June 20, 1943. Five of those fights were held at the Charlotte Armory. Croft won three of those by knockout and one by technical knockout. Croft finished with a 13-5-2 record with 12 knockouts from 1944-48.
