These are shoes worn by Tacoma professional boxer Bliss Lee Croft.
Croft finished his pro career with six fights in Tacoma, four at Midway Arena and two at Tacoma Armory.
Two of those fights were against Dave Johnston at Midway Arena in March 1946.
They fought to a draw on March 7 and Johnston won by decision for the rematch March 28.
Croft, who attended Pacific Lutheran College, retired with a 13-5-2 record with 12 knockouts.
