Description

Robert Allen Brown "RAB" Young of Tacoma was the world heel and toe walking (also known as racewalking) champion in the late 1890s. Young was credited with breaking five world records in an afternoon's walk in 1896. Young was inducted into the Tacoma-Pierce County Sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
