Description

This is a black-and-white photo taken in 1933 of the Lacey Farm Dairy basketball team that won the city league championship. Fred Osmers is the first player on the left. He was an outstanding basketball and handball player in the 1920s and 1930s and he went on to own the Northwestern Drug Company. Osmer later played on the 1940 Tacoma Elks handball team.
