Defenseman Wayne McBean was a 1987 draft pick of the Los Angeles Kings, having been selected fourth overall. McBean, was the Kings’ first draft choice and went on to play six seasons with the New York Islanders — which he’s shown on his Topps Stadium Club in 1990-91. McBean’s strongest season came in 199091 when he was responsible for keeping opponents off the scoreboard with a minus rating of -21 while on the ice.
