Description

Former Tacoma Rockets defenseman Joey Johns helped to organize the Tacoma area high school hockey league that included teams from Lincoln, Clover Park, Bellarmine Prep and Stadium High. Games were played at the 39th Street Ice Arena. Lincoln won the 1948 championship and included player Bob Jack.
