#6 Robert Douglas Took played center for the Tacoma Rockets in the 1940s. The Rockets were a professional team that played in Tacoma from 1946 to 1953. Tacoma played in the Pacific Coast Hockey League until becoming a member of the Western Hockey League during the 1952-53 season and relocated to the Tacoma Ice Palace.
