Frank Patrick was the football coach at the College of Puget Sound (now University of Puget Sound) from 1946-48, compiling a 13-11-2 record. Patrick came to UPS after playing as a running back for the Chicago Cardinals of the National Football League from 1938-39 after playing collegiately at the University of Pittsburgh, then serving in the Navy, After leaving UPS, Patrick was an assistant coach at Penn State University from 1949-73.
