Photography of the soap box derby racer that 14-year-old Greg Schumacher used to win the 1964 All-American Soap Box Derby in Akron, Ohio. His homemade soap box derby race car is now in the Museum of Champ Cars in Akron, Ohio. The Soap Box Derby's national championship has been held in Akron every summer since 1934. The All-American Soap Box Derby is considered to be the greatest amateur racing event in the world.
