Baseball-reference.com lists as Bert Hall as pitching for the Tacoma Tigers of the Northwest League from 1908-12, compiling a 53-54 record. Bell was 20-15 for the Tigers in 1910. Hall was called up to the Philadelphia Phillies in 1911, posting an 0-1 record with a 4.00 earned-run average in 18 innings over seven appearances. Wikipedia says Hall is believed to have thrown the first forkball in a game.
