A picture of one of the Cheney Studs roster along with owner and Tacoma legend Ben Cheney, far right. Cheney created the Studs as a way to showcase some of the nation's top collegiate athletes skill sets during their off-seasons. Many of the players and coaches went on to become some of the most influential coaches and officials in Washington state history.
