Description

Stadium High football player Scott Names graduated in 1931. Scott and wife Sis started Scott's Athletic Equipment in Lakewood in 1957. In 1971, Scott and Sis were part of the original 14 investors in Sports-Tek Inc., which became Nike. Their son, Clint, played basketball and was a golfer at the University of Washington. Clint Names won the Fircrest Golf Club men’s championship 12 times, including eight in a row.
