The initial start of this collection contains Shelburne Cooperative Creamery Company (SCCC) business documents, photographs and artifacts collected by Parke Kent when he was the Co-op manager during the 1940's. The items were sleeved in archival 2-ring binder pages and put into a blue 3-inch 3-ring binder with a copy of the image of the Shelburne Cooperative Creamery on the cover.
The collection of items in the binder were initially listed on a 'contents' sheet and numbered. As a result of receiving more items about the SCCC, a CatalogIt Profile>Collection was created and used in the metadata in each of those items to allow for a comprehensive list of all SCCC items to be available.
On 16 Jan 2025, David Boucher reorganized all items into a single physical collection and update the Collection Contents Listing.
On 1 Apr 2025 David Boucher removed all items from the original blue 3-ring binder and organized, cataloged and archivally stored all items.Created By
