Blin [Blinn] House. Brick house, built ca. 1810 by Samuel Blin (n), or brother William, as tavern on west side of Route 7 on land grant from Gov, Benning Wentworth. Notable details are cornice on facade with mutules, fluted pilasters flanking front entrance, and ballroom with barrel ceiling on the second floor. The two porches were added in the late 1930's. Present owners [1976] are Prof. and Mrs. Paul Evans.Photograph Details
