Shelburne Railway Station 1908. Postcard. From the south lawn of the Rutland Railway station at Shelburne one seed at the left the porte cochere, to the left of which were the weighing scales. At the right is the freight station. In the distance across the tracks from right to left one sees the Dubuc House, the meat market (now the Shelburne Craft School), and the blacksmith shop which was moved to the Shelburne Museum ca. 1950. In the right foreground is one of the canna [flower] beds which enhanced the station grounds for half a century.Photograph Details
