Research completed for Abe Stebbings who emailed SHS 30 Oct 2026 and inquired "So, my family owns Shelburne orchards. I’ve asked my wife and father in law (who were both born there) a good deal about the history of the land. But I’d like to know more. We don’t know much about the place pre-1950. All I really “know” is that it was a -500 tree orchard called Silver Fox run by an Ordway and a Thompson from -1910-1950. Around 1950 my FIL’s family purchased it and it became Shelburne Orchards."
