Description

Cast iron embosser. Holes at either end - may be to hold screws to attach embosser to a surface. Metal painted with black, gold and red paint. To operate place the paper to be embossed between the press and push down on the handle. Recorded as a legal address stamp. Impression of Stamp: Hill Island, Sidney, British Columbia.
