- Metal (iron ?) bell with clapper attached to leather collar with metal studs and buckle. - Bell is rusted and does not appear to have been painted. - No manufacturer's identification; most likely hand forged. - Leather in fair condition but hardened and worn. - Bell has moveable clapper.
