Description

Six-inch (ivory?) ruler, hand-made. Detailed and very precise increments, (apparently drafting scale). On centre "J & WE ARCHBUTT 201 WESTMINSTER BRIDGE RD." On reverse more gradual increments. Markings in inches, and fractions. Ivory multi-coloured, may be stain. Possibly cellulose.
