017.009.041 Rectangular folder, opening in “landscape” orientation, contains printed citation award for a “Paul Harris Fellow”. Folder made of royal blue lightly-textured faux leather. Gold-embossed on front cover: “PAUL HARRIS FELLOW”. Double line impressed border. Both inside covers lined with deep yellow moire-patterned synthetic fabric. Citation printed in black on cream paper and issued by “THE ROTARY FOUNDATION OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL” and issued to “Marolyn Alice Reiten-Stevens . . . in appreciation . . . among peoples of the world.” Gold embossed profile of Paul Harris, side-by-side blue-and-gold embossed crests of The Rotary Foundation and Rotary International, and facsimile signatures of the Chairman and President. No date given. Citation slips in four triangular purple satin corners. Clear plastic protector sheet.
