B.C. Provincial flag. All nylon flag with cord at left side. White 41" twisted nlyon cord knotted at bottom. Top half is the Union Jack with a gold crown in the center; bottom is a rising sun against stripes of blue and white waves. Made by "Scyce"--tag at top left.
