Description

Baby spoon and presentation box and lid. (b) An electroplated nickel silver teaspoon has had its handle formed into a rounded loop. Handle has reeded and fluted decoration on shaft, with stylized acanthus-like motif near proximal end. Stamped on underside of shaft is : "[unknown maker’s mark] EPNS”" (a)(c) Small oblong cardboard box with friction-fit lid, covered with white glossy paper. Lid covered with printed paper, grey background with stylized coloured illustrations of toys, such as toy soldiers, rocking horse, drummer boy, Christmas tree, Mr Punch or jack-in-the-box and jointed doll. A thumb cut-in on each long side.
