Square candle lantern with metal frame (see remarks), with non-removeable glass panels on three sides; metal panel on fourth side slides up to give access to candle. Can use candle up to eight inches tall. Four wire rings encircle and protect glass. Will sit on flat base. Has metal loop (see remarks), 10.5 cm in diameter, attached to pyramidal top. Top pierced on all four sides with same design of star within sunburst. Vented at apex. Stamp on metal sliding panel reads: "Parkers Patent/Boston/1858"Acquisition
