Description

Woman's kepi-style Canadian Red Cross Corps uniform cap, grey-mixture wool flannel. A non-functional, turned-up cuff around back area. Non-functional self-fabric chin strap across front, held in place by a self-fabric loop at either side. Stiffened, self fabric-covered brim. Area from sides, across front, stiffened. Circular grey, white and red enamel-on-metal Canadian Red Cross Corps pin pinned to centre front. Lined with ivory rayon twill, stamped in blue with "The T. Eaton Co Limited/Canada". Grey-tan leather sweatband. Paper tag, printed "21 1/2", sewn into sweatband in centre back area.
