Description

005.19.2 a. Pillow sham for a baby carriage pillow, commercially made of pink and white cotton organdy. Top has central pink area joined with a form of machine faggoting to a white double layer border with mitred corners. Back is pink organdy with opening closed with three small mother-of-pearl buttons and hand-made buttonholes. Attached in the joining seams is a narrow edging of fine machine-made bobbin-type lace. 005.19.002 b. Carriage cover. Central single layer of pink organdy with a form of machine faggoting to a white double layer border with mitred corners. A narrow edging of fine machine-made filet-type lace is hand sewn to outer edge.
