Description

Framed, glazed, matted "Certificate of/Service" [text in English and French], printed in black on ivory. Presented to Lieutenant-Colonel P.C.G. Hyatt, CD. Dated "27 June 1942 -- 13 April 1972". Serial No. 16044. Framed with outer aluminum-coloured frame, inner black wood or faux wood frame and matted with ivory mat. Reverse has cardboard backing held in place wood frame, glazier's points and masking tape. Wood frame stamped "M7492 12A??"
