Description

Child's dress - Even Weave white cotton fabric. Largely hand stitched, gathered into a band at the waist and stabilized with a fabric band both right side and inside of garment. Band on outside is embroidered - possibly hand embroidered in white (eyelet). A sash to tie at back is attached on either side of band. Neckline has a ruffle at top edge and a drawstring running through it. Sleeves are set in with a straight seam. Ruffled edge to sleeves. Hand stitched hem. Opening at centre back, drawstring ties at neck to fasten. Hand stitched flat fell seam at centre back.
