- Purple box with gold lettering "Coronation Playing Cards" and design bearing King's profile and "George VI" written underneath. - Box contains two (2) packs of playing cards, one a coloured photograph of Queen Elizabeth with a green frame. The second pack has a coloured photograph of King George, with a light brown frame. - 53 cards in queen's pack; 53 in king's; 2 blanks. - Lid contains sticker "Canadian Playing Card Co. Limited, Montreal, Quebec".
