b) - Black faux leather box with a silver metal clasp closure. Silver plaque on the lid with an engraved dedication on it: "Presented by/the Honourable Jean Pierre Cote/at the Inauguration of Letter Carrier Service/ September 27,1 971 to Mayor Stanley Dear/Sidney, B.C". The box is blue-velvet lined contoured to hold the paper knife. Opener has Birks stamp
